Activ8’s core club automation, fulfillment, shipping, search, and reporting features are built on more than eighteen years of experience in advanced, patented database management technology. It is built and customized for each client according to their sales operations structure. It provides two of the most powerful and customizable administrative interfaces available for multi-channel sales operations.  Both in the cloud, it offers browser familiarity and simplicity along with an advanced remote desktop for significantly more data control and detail.

Activ8 POS is a native iPad app and offers a user experience that is optimized for a retail, customer-present environment.  And, because club member interaction is frequently face-to-face, it is much more than most retail POS systems.  It supports club signups, pickups, swaps, card-on-file updates, and more to serve members.

The Activ8 eCommerce offers two interfaces.  One provides standard plug-n-play redirect for simplicity and the other offers a WordPress plugin for businesses who want a higher level of functionality, animation, and customized branding.  Both are designed to intuitively guide your online guest through buying, joining clubs, and managing their own profile.  The pages are fast and secure and work responsively on a desktop or mobile device.

With all four interfaces sharing one common database, there is no import or export between applications. All data changes or actions happen accurately and instantly across all interfaces and locations.

Infrastructure & Security

Activ8 Commerce uses secure cloud computing technology. Unlike other DTC systems, every client gets their own separate, fully secure database.

Activ8 Commerce’s data centers are in California, Washington, Virginia, and Texas to ensure that data travels the shortest distance to and from clients throughout North America.  Active limits physical servers to house no more than 10 unique databases to optimize speed and security.

In addition to traditional security and firewalls, Activ8 Commerce has invested in a managed firewall service from a leading security specialist. The application and the entire infrastructure are PCI compliant and certified. All data is backed up daily.
